The valid return policy for products purchased from www.peakshoestore.com can be exercised by all customers from the receipt of the goods within the 30-day cancellation period.

Defect / Manufacturing Defect / Quality Issues Refundable, we are responsible for the return shipping fee. |

Parcel damaged on arrival Please take a picture and refuse delivery. We organize another package and cover the shipping costs. |
Incorrect shipping information After you place the order, if you want to change the shipping information, please contact us. Shipping information can be changed in our warehouse prior to fulfillment. |
For a refund of the purchase price, the item must be returned in accordance with the Conditions of Sale (summarized below):
1.The goods must be returned in full; it is not possible to return only part of the product purchased
2. The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
3. Products must be intact and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Once we have received the goods and verified that the products are in good condition, we will refund the customer the full invoice amount within 7 days.
Please note
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used in the original transaction.
Once the return is approved you will receive a confirmation email and another confirmation email once the refund has been made. The bank may take up to 7 business days to process the refund (which is beyond our control).
We only accept returns shipped and sold by www.peakshoestore.com.
We will not accept any returns that have been returned without a proper returns notice.
We do not offer a Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us.
